Video is a total of 14 minutes and 34 seconds long,
with the last five minutes including an incredible song by Jamie
Tate. The video
begins with the set-up and the actual "PCCC own rendition of "mini-Overhaulin" as we attempt
to take Dina and Brad's 1967 Ford Galaxie from him, without his prior
knowlege to fix it up". We told
Brad that the condo association hired us to remove the un-inspected, oil
dripping vehicle from the premises.
Video includes delivery to Pottstown
High School, and music featuring Jamie
Tate & the 82nd Airborne All-American Chorus. If
you don't need a box of tissues for this song, you are not American!
After hearing from his wife Dina, of Brad's
sacrifice for his country, and seeing his need for help, the Pottstown Classics Car Club,
have decided to help restore Brad & Dina's
1967 Ford Galaxie.
Helping
Dina and Brad is our way of saying thank you to all who sacrificially
serve our country and their families in defense of freedom for us and our
families.
We also want to make aware
the unseen disabilities of veterans', especially Post Traumatic Stress
Disorder and it’s debilitating effects on life.
We need your help to do it right and proud! Many veterans and others
have offered to help.
Will you join with us to show the world that WE SALUTE ALL OUR
TROOPS by giving back to those who gave so much for our freedom.
This restoration project is about his
wife's desire to restore the car of his dreams. In the video, you will read her
actual letter reaching out for help to restore their 1967 Ford Galaxie 500.
Brad & Dina Herron
While we enjoyed our
freedom here with our families, hobbies and interests every day,
Brad served our country in Iraq and Afghanistan pursuing after those who were responsible for the terror of 911.
Brad also served in the Katrina cleanup devastation.
P.H.S. High School students check out Dina
& Brad's car.
Jamie Tate, singer of "I'll Give
My All " is pictured here with members of the 82nd Airborne All
American Chorus. Jamie has graciously given us permission to use her song
and video to help us salute our troops.
IF you desire to help
us help Dina fix up this 1967 Ford Galaxie for her husband Brad, please donate
parts, labor and/or cash. We hope to present the restored car back to them at the Pottstown
Classics Car Club Nostalgia Nights Car Show DATE: TO BE ANNOUNCED
